Graduate Economics Association (GEA)

Welcome to the MIT Graduate Economics Association!

The goal of the GEA is to provide the graduate students with outlets for social interaction and to act as a liaison between the students and faculty. As such, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns we could help with, or if you have any ideas on how to improve our activities.

You can find a link to our organization Constitution here.

Four officers comprise the GEA: 2 co-presidents, the treasurer, and the social chair.

  • Adam Solomon (co-president, gea-president@mit.edu)
  • Jaume Vives (co-president, gea-president@mit.edu)
  • Mohit Karnani (treasurer, gea-treasurer@mit.edu)
  • Ying Gao (social chair, gea-social@mit.edu)

If you would like to contact the entire group, email gea-officers@mit.edu.

Out of nostalgia, you can still visit the old GEA website at http://web.mit.edu/econ-gea/index.htm.
