The necessary data and program file for reproducing the tables and figures in "The World Income Distribution" can be downloaded from https://econ-www.mit.edu/faculty/acemoglu/data/av2002. 

A link to the data is located at the bottom of the Web page. You must change the directory path at the top of the Stata do file for the program to function. Please do not remove the Stata version command at the top of the program file, as the commands used to produce the graphs in the paper will not run in more recent versions of Stata. All relevant notes are inside the program file.
